The Basics

SocialMedia.org Health Member Pricing

Price includes admission to both meeting days and private dinner on September 11.

  • $1,200 (earliest bird pricing until June 7)
  • $1,400 (early bird pricing June 8 – August 2)
  • $1,600 (regular pricing August 3 – September 4)
  • Registration is closed after September 4.

Non-Member Guest Pricing

Price includes admission to both meeting days and private dinner on September 11.

  • $1,400 (earliest bird pricing until June 7)
  • $1,700 (early bird pricing June 8 – August 2)
  • $2,000 (regular pricing August 3 – September 4)
  • Registration is closed after September 4.

Registration is private and is not open to the public

  • You must be a social media leader from a major hospital to attend.
  • You must be registered to attend. No walk-ins are ever allowed.
  • Every single registration is reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of SocialMedia.org.

Other Details

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend the event — well, we’ll miss you. We understand that things happen. You can get a full refund on your registration fees if you cancel on or before August 5, 2024. If you cancel between August 6 and August 28, 2024, we will provide a 50% refund on registration fees. We do not issue refunds for cancellations after August 28, 2024, or for no-shows (including for weather, travel-related and health issues). In the event that you test positive for COVID-19, we ask that you stay home — the same cancellation rules above apply.

Transfers

You may transfer your registration to an approved member on your roster at no additional cost.

Dress Code

We’re totally casual. Jeans are fine. It’s one of the perks of a confidential meeting — nobody back at the office will know what you wear. (No shirt, no shoes, no service.)
