Confidential Case Studies

Get exclusive access to unfiltered, real-world successes and failures that aren’t shared publicly, helping you avoid costly mistakes and accelerate your success through candid peer experiences.

These are 20 minutes followed by Q&A. These aren’t canned presentations you’ll find on the speaker circuit, they’re a conversation and a glimpse behind the scenes of another member’s program.

Peer Advisory Roundtables

Dynamic peer-to-peer discussions where participants suggest discussion topics, vote for their favorites, and join the conversations that interest them most. Unlike pre-set agendas, this format allows attendees to build the agenda “on the fly” — making the topics both uniquely timely and relevant.

1.

Conversations start before the meeting.

Members start suggesting topics online weeks before the meeting.

2.

You and your peers suggest the topics.

Members suggest topics in real time by writing them on cards and sticking them on the wall.

3.

Topics are curated in real time.

Participants vote on the topics, and we facilitate the most interesting conversations.

4.

Join the discussions most interesting to you.

We have multiple rounds of peer-to-peer discussions, each round has multiple topics. Choose the discussions most relevant to you in real time.

Practitioner-Led Workshops

Participants break into small groups where leaders host conversations on key topics. These are discussions, not lectures. This is a great opportunity to explore tough questions, share experiences, and get help with specific challenges you’re facing.

Expert Panels

Hear diverse perspectives on critical issues, allowing you to understand different approaches and gather comprehensive insights. Panel discussions often invite questions, making it a collaborative and interactive session.

Peer-Led Vendor Clinics

Open, peer-led discussions where you can find workarounds and share successes (and frustrations) with the social media tool integral to your program’s success.

We are a vendor-free community, so these “vendor clinics” are a special opportunity to dig-in, ask tough questions, and get candid feedback from other brands who use the tool — not a sales pitch.

Themed Meal Discussions

Our meals aren’t just breaks, they’re a substantive part of the meeting experience where some of the best conversations happen. Most meetings include breakfast, lunch, and dinner as official parts of the program.

During themed meals, the tables are divided into industries or functions so leaders can pick where they want to sit and connect with others who are facing the same challenges.
