What the meeting was like

Nearly 50 members attended this Member Meeting at Intuit’s TurboTax headquarters in sunny San Diego.

Our morning focus was on building social media to scale, and we heard plenty of discussion on the benefits and drawbacks of a centralized social media department versus a cross-departmental management style.

After a tour of the TurboTax campus, we had a dozen small-group sessions in the afternoon, covering topics like finding influencers and working with legal. Author and speaker Harry Paul stopped by to wrap up our day with a private conversation.
