Members only. Confidential. Conversations.

You’ll make the best friends you’ll have in the business.

This is your tribe.

At other conferences, meals and social events are time for you to go back to your room and dig through your inbox or have other meetings.

But at Member Meetings, frankly, the most important thing you could do is to be here for each and every meal and social event. We carefully structure them so you can have great conversations and build genuine friendships.

Meet everyone at the Welcome Dinner

Monday, January 22 — 5-7 PM

Join us as we launch the Winter Member Meeting with a big family dinner. We’ll all meet up at The Atlantic Dance Hall on Disney’s Boardwalk for drinks, great food (including veggie options), and a lot of great conversations. You won’t want to miss this member gathering — it’s where some of the best connections and conversations begin.

Build Relationships at the Member Dinner

Tuesday, January 23 — 7 PM

(Meet at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort’s main lobby at 6:40 PM to walk with the group to Epcot’s American Adventure Pavilion; a bus will also be available.)

The Member Meeting activities will continue — and one of the highlights is our big night out together. We’ll all go out for a fantastic dinner together at Epcot’s American Adventure, and then walk over to the French Island for dessert and fireworks. It’s a perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow members after a big day of brainstorming, discussion, and collaboration.

Unofficial Family Meetup

Tuesday, January 23 — 7 PM

Unfortunately, only members are able to join us for the Member Dinner, but we know a lot of you are bringing your family. If you have family members who don’t already have plans, we’re having an informal, unofficial, all-ages meetup at Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill for folks who can’t make the Member Dinner.

Note: This isn’t part of the official conference, so you’re on your own for buying food and there won’t be staff in attendance.

There’s a Band!

It’s just not a Member Meeting without the tunes.
