External Communications Manager Virginia Hock will share the trials and successes of shifting Children's Health content strategy to focus solely on the stories of their patients and the meaningful work their team members provide on a daily basis. She'll talk about how they tried to revamp their Health and Wellness content to fit their social channels, and how they shifted to become "social media journalists" seeking out the patient and team member stories to feature, while also looking for internal sources to provide those rich stories.
