Member Meetings

At Member Meetings, you’ll collaborate with people like you who can help you be a more effective social media leader.

Everything is completely private, off-the-record, and in an incredibly efficient format. Get fast answers to the questions and challenges you can’t talk about anywhere else.

Every meeting is exclusively for social media leaders at major hospitals.

You’ll connect with more social media leaders from major hospitals in one day than you will anywhere else all year. Bringing so many hospitals together creates incredible conversations that span a wide range of challenges. You’ll get answers and insights from unexpected places, make amazing connections, and leave with a notebook full of ideas.

There are absolutely no vendors or sponsors allowed.

There will be absolutely no vendors, sponsors, or consultants of any kind allowed to attend. No speaking slots are for sale. No vendors are allowed in the room. No sponsors will be accepted in any form.

Member Meetings are for you and leaders like you. No sales pitches, period.

You’ll have incredibly valuable conversations.

Because everyone in the room is a social media leader, no matter what you’re looking to start, figure out, or fix — someone else has been there before and can help.

It’s efficient and designed for busy leaders.

We’re famous for running on-time, keeping a fast pace, and expert moderation. You’re busy, so we make sure every minute is time well spent.

Unique venues and changing formats — but always great experiences.

We mix things up to keep it interesting so no two meetings are ever the same. But the core never changes: Great conversations through unconferences, Show & Tell talks, member-led discussions, and meal discussions. We do two meetings per year with low registration fees aimed to simply cover our costs.

We don’t do a lot of the usual conference stuff.

There are no sponsors, exhibitors, panels, keynotes, vendors, or canned presentations. In fact, the only time someone stands at the front of the room is when another member is sharing with you. Member Meetings aren’t conferences. They’re the highlight experience of membership, and attending gets you better insights, answers, and the help you need to lead your social media program. These conversations don’t happen anywhere else — it’s the kind of practical, actionable advice you can only get from other leaders like you.
