TV doesn't have to do this with their 30-second commercials. It's unfair. But what do we do?

10:40 — That's why we're here today. We're building that response. We looked for speakers that would look at the tactical side of the social media measurement question. There are three types of presentations today:

– How do I measure?
– They'll share their own academic research.
– What we do with the numbers?
