Collaborate on employee advocacy and listening strategies at Member Meeting 39

We're trying something new for our Member Meeting in Chicago coming up May 3-4. We're giving members two options for the unconference morning theme:

Option 1: Managing a listening program
An effective listening program is complex. From tools, teams, and techniques — there's a lot to manage. Bring your struggles, your plans, and your wins for continued improvement of your listening program to share with members who are in the same boat. We'll collaborate on ideas that will help elevate your program even further.

Option 2: Employee advocacy: Taking it to the next level
If you're thinking about taking your employee advocacy program to the next level, you're not alone. It's a top priority for a lot of your fellow members. Together, we'll share how we've designed our programs, how we're managing them, the challenges we're facing, and how we're working to find solutions.
