
The MBLM agency released their “Top Brand Intimacy COVID Rankings” based on a survey given to 3,000 consumers. Several SocialMedia.org brands landed in the top 10, including:
- Target, led by Director of Social Media Cate Abbott
- Toyota, led by Social Media Manager Tyler Litchenberger
- Walmart, led by Vice President of Global Communications Tracy Harlow
- Costco Wholesale, led by Social Media and Training Director JoDee Taylor
