COVID-19: What’s your brand’s social media plan of action?

As social media leaders at major brands, it is our job to advise our leadership and direct our social response during this time of uncertainty.

Let’s use this call to benchmark with our peers. We’ll discuss our listening strategies, the guidance we’re offering employees (from executive spokespeople to frontline employees), our crisis planning, and whether or not we are posting on social about this topic. We’ll discuss if we are “business as usual” or pausing our strategy.

This conversation will focus on our external social channels, so we can pool our experiences and return to leadership with knowledge of how our peers are approaching this uncharted territory.
