Thanks to a ton of amazing people, our 41st Member Meeting was a huge success! We had 179 social media leaders from 120 big brands and zero vendors in attendance. On the first day, we heard eight great case studies, including a private members-only case study from The Coca-Cola Company’s Doug Busk on how they determine when to stay silent in social media.
On the second day, we held a private, members-only discussion with New York Times’ Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, Charles Duhigg, and of course held the confidential, nowhere else conversations you get at our private Member Meetings.
